Representatives from CNVP Albania and CNVP Kosovo were warmly welcomed at the Embassy of Albania in Sweden by Chargé d’Affaires Eno Çollaku and Diplomat Elda Lezaj. 

The CNVP team was represented by Ms. Anila Aliaj, Director of CNVP Albania, and Mr. Xhevat Lushi, Director of CNVP Kosovo.

The meeting focused on sharing information about CNVP’s ongoing projects funded by the Embassy of Sweden in Albania and Kosovo. These projects aim to support sustainable economic development through the promotion of medicinal and aromatic plants (MAPs), and the use of renewable energy from biomass.

Both sides discussed opportunities to strengthen trade exchanges in the field of medicinal plants and to explore future cooperation in renewable energy and biomass heating systems, sectors where Sweden remains a leader in innovation and sustainability.

The visit also aimed to promote further connections between local businesses in Albania and Kosovo with the Swedish market, encouraging new partnerships and knowledge exchange that contribute to a greener and more inclusive economy in the Western Balkans.
