CNVP Albania Raises the SDG Flag with Netherlands Embassy

CNVP Albania is proud to have been chosen by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Albania to raise the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Flag, marking a decade since the adoption of the global goals. This symbolic gesture reaffirms our shared commitment to sustainability, equality and prosperity, values that lie at the heart of the SDG agenda.
By joining this initiative, CNVP Albania stands alongside the Netherlands and the international community in keeping the SDGs on track towards 2030. The Embassy’s decision to highlight our work is both an honor and a recognition of the impact CNVP creates through its projects across Albania.
For years, CNVP has been working to promote sustainable forest management, renewable energy solutions, green entrepreneurship, and inclusive community development. These efforts directly support Albania’s rural communities, strengthen resilience against climate change, and contribute to building a greener future for generations to come.
“The Sustainable Development Goals provide a global compass that guides our work every day. We are grateful to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and especially to Ambassador [Name], for recognizing CNVP’s contribution in advancing sustainability and rural development in Albania. By investing in natural resources, green businesses, and inclusive communities, we are creating long-term opportunities for people and ensuring no one is left behind,” said Anila Aliaj, Country Director of CNVP Albania.
The SDGs are a global vision and a practical roadmap that CNVP follows every day in partnership with local stakeholders, civil society, and international donors. Together, we are ensuring that no one is left behind in the transition toward sustainability.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Albania for recognizing our mission and for standing with us in advancing the SDG agenda.
