Today, CNVP Kosovo, in cooperation with the Private Forest Owners Associations (SHPPP) and the National Association of Private Forest Owners (AKPPP), organized a joint workshop focused on: 

“Opportunities to Strengthen Organizational and Technical Capacities & Best Practices for Private Forest Owner Involvement in Sustainable Forest Management.”

This interactive session was a platform for exchanging ideas and insights on topics like:

• Support schemes for non-wood forest products (NWFPs)
• Preparation for drafting Measure 11 within the RDP 2025
• Strengthening ties with municipal structures for better access to local funding
• Debates on services for forest owners, economic use of wood biomass, and policy priorities

This activity is part of the Sustainable Use of Natural Resources or Enviornmetn and Economic Development (SUNREED) project, implemented by CNVP Kosovo and funded by the Embassy of Sweden in Prishtina (Sida).
