We were live in the latest Green Avengers Community of Practice session, where CNVP’s Sustainable Use of Natural Resources for Environment and Economic Development (SUNREED) project is joining as a guest speaker to share its insights and experiences.

This 1-hour session is about the challenge of trying to grow economies while also protecting the environment — something more and more MSD (Market Systems Development) practitioners are being asked to do, but without much guidance on how to actually make it work.

Today, SUNREED and NGO Trias (project in the DRC) shared their field experiences in promoting sustainable forest management. SUNREED is using this session to highlight lessons learned, raise awareness about its work, and connect with others who are also trying to link environmental protection with market development.
