The study explores practical opportunities for implementing a modern central heating system as a sustainable, long-term solution for the heating needs of the city of Lipjan.

Lipjan’s Mayor Mr. Imri Ahmeti emphasized the importance of this initiative, noting that addressing the heating challenge remains one of the municipality’s top priorities. He stated that this initiative not only solves a pressing daily need but also helps improve the quality of life for the citizens of Lipjan.

Mayor Ahmeti also acknowledged CNVP's continued support and professional commitment to the project.
